Return Window

- Consumables (Majoons, Tablets, Supplements): Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any consumable products once the safety seal has been broken or the product has been opened.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you are absolutely eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the package.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team with your Order Number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return.
- Include Proof: If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach clear photos of the product and the shipping box to your email.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return it without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an unopened product simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged), Herbal Tabeeb will cover the return shipping costs.
The Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
